The Training Specialist develops, coordinates, and conducts live and online training to support a remote team of group leaders. This role serves as a key link between headquarters and the field to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and policies.
Location: Grapevine, TX (In‑Person) or Remote
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30am.–5:00 p.m., Friday 7:30am – noon. CST

The Training Specialist provides practical and spiritual support to a remote team of group leaders by developing, coordinating and conducting live and online training to improve leaders’ skills and knowledge. This role serves as a key link between Headquarters and the field, ensuring alignment with BSF’s mission, vision, and policies while equipping leaders to thrive in ministry.
