THE OPPORTUNITY

National Corporate Housing is seeking a current or former Account Manager to join our team in a part-time training capacity. This is an opportunity to put your firsthand expertise to work helping new and developing Account Managers build the skills, confidence, and habits they need to succeed.

In this role, you will travel to National markets across the country to deliver in-person training and facilitation aligned with our Account Manager training standards. You will also provide structured post-training feedback on participant readiness and, on an as-needed basis, contribute input into the development and refinement of training resources.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a National Account Manager, the ability to translate firsthand experience into engaging instruction, and the flexibility to operate on a project and as-needed basis.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In-Person Training & Facilitation

  • Travel to National markets nationwide to deliver in-person training and facilitation on the Account Manager role
  • Lead hands-on training sessions aligned with National’s Account Manager training standards, covering the full scope of the AM role
  • Bring the day-to-day realities of the role to life through real-world examples, scenarios, and direct coaching
  • Represent National’s standards for service, sales, client relationships, and operational excellence throughout each training engagement

 

Participant Readiness Feedback

  • Provide structured post-training feedback to the Talent Development team upon completion of each engagement
  • Assess participant readiness based on observed performance, engagement, and competency demonstration during training
  • Identify areas of strength and development opportunities to help inform next steps in the new hire’s onboarding journey

 

Training Resource Contribution (As Needed)

  • Provide input into the development and refinement of Account Manager training materials when requested
  • Share firsthand perspective on role expectations, common challenges, and best practices to keep content current and relevant
  • Collaborate with Talent Development on an as-needed basis to review or pilot updated training content

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • A current or former Account Manager with a strong, demonstrated performance record
  • Prior experience training, mentoring, or onboarding new Account Managers at National
  • Someone who can translate firsthand experience into clear, engaging instruction
  • Skilled at facilitating in-person sessions and connecting with learners at all experience levels
  • Able to deliver direct, constructive, and encouraging feedback in a professional manner
  • Flexible and self-directed — comfortable operating on a project and as-needed basis
  • Willing and able to travel to National markets nationwide as training needs arise
