Position Summary
The Internship Program provides students and emerging professionals with hands-on exposure to multiple business functions within the organization. This structured, five-week rotational program is designed to support learning, professional development, and career exploration while providing meaningful insight into our operations, culture, and leadership team.
Interns will have the opportunity to engage with various departments, participate in business discussions, observe operational processes, and gain practical knowledge of potential career paths within the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Week 1: Orientation, Data & Information Technology
- Participate in company orientation and onboarding activities.
- Learn about the organization’s structure, mission, values, and business operations.
- Gain exposure to company data systems, reporting processes, and business intelligence tools.
- Understand how data supports operational and strategic decision-making.
- Observe key reporting metrics, dashboards, and performance indicators.
- Learn about technology infrastructure, IT support functions, and cybersecurity best practices.
Week 2: Legal, PI, SA & MT Operations
- Gain an understanding of legal and compliance functions within the organization.
- Learn about contract review processes and regulatory considerations.
- Develop awareness of privacy and confidentiality requirements.
- Participate in departmental overviews of PI, SA, and MT operations.
- Observe cross-functional collaboration and workflow management.
- Explore career paths and operational responsibilities within these departments.
Week 3: Project Management Office (PMO)
- Learn project management fundamentals, methodologies, and governance structures.
- Review active projects and project lifecycle management practices.
- Attend project meetings and observe stakeholder communication processes.
- Gain exposure to project tracking, reporting, and performance measurement.
Week 4: Leadership Development & Career Perspectives
- Participate in discussions with organizational leaders regarding business strategy and priorities.
- Gain insight into leadership principles and decision-making processes.
- Learn about career development opportunities and professional growth strategies.
- Explore career progression from entry-level positions to leadership roles.
- Engage in discussions regarding lessons learned, success factors, and leadership experiences.
Week 5: Human Resources & Program Completion
- Learn about Human Resources functions and the employee lifecycle.
