Job Summary: The Title IV-E Professional Development Coach provides professional development coaching on a variety of topics based on the needs of the stipend recipient and/or determined by The University of Alabama School of Social Work and/or DHR.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in social work and eight (8) years of experience with the Alabama Department of Human Resources (ADHR); OR master's degree in social work and five (5) years of public child welfare experience.
Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must be able to do some travel, including overnight.
Skills and Knowledge: Computer proficiency of Microsoft Office products. Good organizational, communication, and public relations skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in public child welfare. Knowledge of DHR policy and procedures. Experience in training or teaching.
