About the Job: 

Every great TikTok business needs someone who keeps the day-to-day running smoothly and knows where all the pieces are. That person is you.

As our TikTok Specialist, you'll be the hands-on support that keeps our social commerce engine running efficiently. You'll assist with data tracking and reporting, coordinate product launches and campaigns, support process execution, and help maintain cross-functional coordination across our live streaming, product, and operations teams. You're detail-oriented, organized, and understand that great strategy requires great execution.

This role works closely with the TikTok Shop team, merchandising, commerce technology, and broader operations. You'll work alongside team leads to execute playbooks, maintain processes and templates, track KPIs, flag bottlenecks, and support continuous improvement initiatives. You're focused on making sure the day-to-day runs seamlessly so our channel can scale.


What You'll Own:

• Day to day TikTok Shop operations – registrations, product ranking optimization, bundle creation, seller center management, and performance tracking 
• Cross-functional coordination—serving as the connective tissue between Merchant Ops, Merchandising, Ecommerce, Finance, and the TikTok team
• Merchant and product readiness—ensuring products are properly listed, inventoried, and positioned for success on TikTok Shop
• Process design and documentation—creating standardized workflows, playbooks, and SOPs for everything from product prep to livestream execution to analytics review
• Performance tracking and optimization—owning monthly performance reviews, identifying trends, and recommending improvements
• Vendor and partner coordination  with TikTok, logistics providers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues
• Data infrastructure and reporting—building dashboards and reports that track performance across TikTok Shop metrics, livestream analytics, product movement, and profitability
• Strategic planning support—providing data and insights to inform TikTok Shop strategy, seasonal planning, and channel investment decisions
• Issue resolution and troubleshooting—serving as first responder for operational problems and driving root cause analysis

• 2+ years of hands-on TikTok Shop experience 
• Deep familiarity with TikTok Shop mechanics—hands on seller center, merchant tools, commission structures, livestream logistics, inventory management, and performance analytics
• Familiar with Canva for designing product images, bundle images and ensuring the shop is always setup with the right content 
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills—you build complex models, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and dashboards without hesitation
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools—Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
• Cross-functional collaboration experience—you've worked successfully with e-commerce, operations, merchandising, and technology teams
• Obsessive attention to detail—you catch errors before they become problems, and you document everything
• Problem-solving mindset—you see broken processes and immediately start thinking about how to fix them
• Communication skills—you can translate complex operational data into clear insights for stakeholders at all levels
