The Role
Prime Team Agency is a fast-growing social commerce agency specializing in TikTok Shop, Amazon Creator Connections, and affiliate-driven revenue programs. We’re looking for a high-performing TikTok Shop Operations Specialist to build, grow, and manage our creator and affiliate community across multiple brands.
This role sits at the intersection of creator management, social commerce strategy, and performance marketing. You’ll be responsible for recruiting high-potential creators, nurturing strong relationships, driving affiliate revenue, and ensuring our partners have the resources they need to win.
Core Purpose
Ensure our Client’s TikTok Shops are fully optimized and operationally prepared so that orders, SPS, products, and listings are primed to support content, affiliates, LIVE sessions, campaigns, and ads.
Primary Responsibilities
Maintain product listings and ensure product page quality across priority SKUs.
Manage product setup, merchandising support, collections, bundles, and shop placements.
Coordinate promotions, including smart promotions, upcoming campaign enrollment, flash deals, bundles, and pricing updates.
Monitor inventory and stock readiness for priority SKUs, promoted SKUs, affiliate pushes, and ad campaigns.
Support operational setup for product launches, campaigns, LIVE events, affiliate activations, and paid media initiatives.
Identify and resolve store quality issues, listing errors, suppressed items, setup gaps, and conversion blockers.
Support reporting with store-health, SKU-readiness, and conversion-readiness insights.
Manage shop design updates, merchandising refreshes, and storefront optimization recommendations.
Work closely with Brand Managers, marketing, affiliate, content, and ads teams to ensure shop execution aligns with commercial priorities.
What You Bring
Experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center is required
Experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Amazon, or similar commerce platforms preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple SKUs, campaigns, and deadlines.
Understanding of product listings, merchandising, promotions, pricing, inventory, and conversion optimization.
Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve blockers.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
