Our portfolio includes 16+ brands and thousands of unique products.  Position Title:  Bilingual TikTok Affiliate Specialist   Position Overview:  In this role, we are seeking a Bilingual TikTok Affiliate Specialist to join our growing TikTok Shop team. This role will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, managing, and growing relationships with Spanish-speaking TikTok creators and affiliates who can authentically represent Growve's portfolio of health, wellness, and beauty brands.  The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, understands the Hispanic/Latino creator landscape, and has firsthand knowledge of TikTok Shop and affiliate marketing. This is not a translation role—we are looking for someone who understands the cultural nuances of Spanish-speaking audiences and can effectively build relationships with creators who influence those communities.  The Affiliate Specialist will support brands including Vitauthority, M3 Naturals, Sunwarrior, SMNutrition, and others by expanding Growve's network of high-performing Spanish-speaking affiliates and helping them succeed.  Objectives & Responsibilities:  Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).  Deep understanding of the Hispanic/Latino creator ecosystem and cultural nuances.  Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or creator partnership management.  Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to recruit and retain creators.  Familiarity with TikTok trends, creator discovery, and platform best practices.  Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously.  Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  Genuine interest in health, wellness, nutrition, beauty, or fitness.  Comfortable reviewing creator content and providing strategic feedback to improve performance.  Experience using TikTok Shop Seller Center or affiliate management platforms is preferred.  Previous experience working directly with Spanish-speaking creators or influencer communities is highly preferred.  Skills & Qualifications:  Existing network of Spanish-speaking TikTok creators or affiliates.  Experience managing creator outreach at scale.  Experience working with supplements, beauty, or consumer packaged goods brands.  Basic content creation experience or understanding of short-form video best practices is a plus, but not required.  Additional Details:  Full Time with Competitive Pay   Health Benefits Package  DTO  401(k)  Progressive Working Environment  Remote (U.S based) (English/Spanish)  Notice to Recruiters — We do not work with outside recruiting agencies.
