Koniag Data Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Network Administrator Tier 2 (Network Operations Center) to support KDS and our government customer. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. This is a remote opportunity, but 1 PM to 9 PM Mountain shift.

The Tier 2 Network Administrator supports the Tier 3 Network team by assisting in the maintenance, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting of network systems. This role is responsible for verifying configurations, managing vendor communications, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve network-related issues. The Tier 2 Network Administrator plays a key role in ensuring network reliability and performance while escalating complex issues to Tier 3 or Tier 4 staff as needed.
