Job title:             Bookkeeper (Full-Time)

We are URGENTLY hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support one of our biggest clients in the building and construction sector. This is a full-time, permanent WFH role on the AM shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation
  
• Maintain and update spreadsheets and internal financial records
  
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
  
• Issue invoices and process payments (money in/money out)
  
• Follow up on overdue invoices
  
• Check invoices against agreed price costings
  
• Liaise with the Director and Business Development Manager regarding project financials
  
• Record and maintain project data within the accounting system
  
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, maintaining the standard set by the outgoing Accounts Manager
  

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience
  
• Ability to learn quickly and integrate seamlessly
  
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain reporting accuracy
  
• Experience in construction industry bookkeeping is a plus
  
• Detail oriented, analytical, with high ability to focus.
