The Therapeutic Training and Support Worker implements treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed clinician to support in-home therapy goals. They work directly with clients and their families to address behavioral needs and improve the family's ability to support the client's functioning.

The Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician. You will support the implementation of the Clinician’s treatment plan and work with clients and their family/caregivers to support in-home therapy goals to treat behavioral needs and improve the family/caregivers’ ability to provide effective support for the clients successful functioning in the home and community.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field: Required
Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a car
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions
