Talk with clients to understand their vacation dreams, preferences, and budget.
Recommend destinations, resorts, tickets, dining, transportation, and special experiences.
Create personalized vacation plans and itineraries.
Help clients make informed choices and maximize their vacation experience.
Provide support before, during, and after their trip.
Stay current on new attractions, seasonal offerings, promotions, and travel experiences.
A passion for travel, theme parks, and family vacations.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and excellent customer service.
Basic computer skills and comfort working with online tools.
A positive, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work independently.
