Creating Client Accounts

To create a free trial for a client/customer, follow the steps below:

Click on the “Create Customer Account” button located in the header area of the Partner Portal.
Fill in all of the information shown in the form. Don’t worry the client can update this information later.
Then click “Create Account.”

After you create the free trial, your client will receive an email that introduces them to Jazz and provides a temporary password. This email will reference you so that your client knows who created the trial for them.

Share Partner Page URL

An alternative to creating a client account is to have them sign up on their own. Providing them with a link to your co-branded partner page with Jazz will allow them to do just that.

Find the Partner Page URL that is located in the sub-header on the “Welcome” and “Accounts” pages in the portal.
Simply click on the URL to highlight it.
Then, copy it to your clipboard and paste it into an email or message to your client.

NOTE: Jazz will automatically track any sign-ups completed using this link and will associate them with your account.

Your partner page URL will not change as long as you are a partner, so feel free to add this to any reference materials you share with your clients.
