The Test Manager will lead system integration testing efforts and coordinate across multiple workstreams for a large-scale Facets migration project. They are also responsible for gathering business requirements, defining process flows, and ensuring traceability between requirements and test coverage.

We are seeking a Test Manager (System Integration) to support a large-scale Facets migration project within the healthcare payer environment. This role will lead system integration testing efforts while also supporting requirements analysis to ensure alignment between business needs and system functionality. The ideal candidate will bring strong QA leadership experience along with the ability to translate business requirements into effective testing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage system integration testing (SIT) activities across multiple workstreams
- Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and timelines aligned with project objectives
- Coordinate testing efforts across business, IT, and external teams to ensure successful integration
- Conduct current state (“as-is”) analysis to understand existing business processes, systems, and constraints
- Define and document future state (“to-be”) processes and requirements
- Gather and document business and functional requirements, including use cases and user stories
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, including meetings, workshops, and JAD sessions
- Develop business context diagrams, including data flows and process flows, to validate requirements
- Ensure traceability between business requirements and test coverage
- Identify and assess the business impact of system and application changes
- Oversee defect management, including tracking, prioritization, and resolution
- Ensure adherence to enterprise standards for requirements documentation and testing processes
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Experience as a Test Manager or QA Lead in system integration environments
- Strong experience leading SIT efforts on large-scale IT projects
- Experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, and process mapping
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and defect management processes
- Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
