Summary

This individual contributor will drive sales and promote a portfolio of products, services, and solutions to existing and new customers and this role requires independent judgment, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to build a sustainable sales pipeline through direct selling and channel management.

What You Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers to support business growth
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Identify target customers, prioritize opportunities, and conduct effective sales calls
  • Initiate business discussions to expand opportunities across product lines
  • Understand customer needs and clinical practices to recommend appropriate solutions
  • Provide technical and product support during follow-ups, clinics, and procedures (if required)
  • Identify and develop new accounts to grow the customer base
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends
  • Support Sales Manager/Business Director in developing and implementing local strategies
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and expand offerings

What You Need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical device industry, including distributor/channel management with a proven track record
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working in an operating room environment
  • Proficiency in English is required; ability to communicate in Chinese is preferred to effectively engage with Chinese-speaking counterparts

  • MBA or relevant advanced degree
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
