NorthStar Care is a next-generation, virtual treatment program for Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD) and Substance Use Disorder (SUD), grounded in science, technology, and deep compassion. Our program combines genetically-informed medical care, nutrient restoration, virtual reality–based peer support, and long-term wraparound treatment. We meet patients where they are - with evidence-based tools, stigma-free language, and a care model designed to restore health, dignity, and hope.
We are a multidisciplinary team of physicians, peer guides, therapists, data scientists, designers, engineers, and professionals - all working toward one mission: to revolutionize addiction care and make recovery accessible, humane, and effective.

- Fast, precise, and organized in a high-volume production environment
- Excited to experiment with new tools and share what they learn
- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, compassionate environment
Key Responsibilities

AI-Powered Creative Workflows
- Use Claude and ChatGPT daily to speed up production, including drafting copy variations, building creative briefs, exploring layout and concept options, checking work against brand standards, and solving technical problems.
- Write, test, and refine prompts that produce consistent, high-quality, on-brand results, using techniques such as clear context, audience framing, examples, constraints, and structured outputs.
- Know when to use Claude, when to use ChatGPT, and when a task needs a human, and help the team make those choices.
- Build and maintain reusable AI resources, such as Claude Projects and Skills, custom GPTs, prompt libraries, and templates.
- Use AI image and design tools (such as Adobe Firefly and ChatGPT image generation) responsibly, with human review of every output before it is used.
