Telesales Support Part Time

it was awarded the Pro+ franchise for Limerick in recognition of the dealerships ability and expertise in dealing with business customers. It has won numerous awards for customer service over the years.

The successful candidate will be working on their own initiative to generate appointments for a Sales Event

This candidate will have an initial database to work with and will be eager to increase this database within the dealership.

Responsibilities

· Following up Sales Opportunities/Leads by Phone.

· Scheduling Test Drive Bookings.

· Logging customer queries

· Conduct pre-sales appointments by phone

· Promote our Sales Service and Accessories Department

· Will achieve targets or KPI’s set

Requirements:

· Friendly, outgoing, confident personality

· Excellent telephone manner

· Good customer service skills

· Have strong computer skills

· Knowledge of cars/motor industry a bonus (full training will be given)

Full training will be provided.

Expected hours: 20 per week Start Date 15th April
