Job Description – Telesales Executive (WFH)

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and result-oriented Sales Executive who can effectively communicate with patients and guide them through the OPD consultation and treatment journey. The role involves interacting with cancer patients and their families, understanding their concerns with empathy, and converting inquiries into successful OPD appointments and consultations.

This role requires a strong balance of emotional intelligence and sales ability. The ideal candidate should be patient, persuasive, empathetic, and confident in handling sensitive conversations

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally.
  
• Guide and counsel patients regarding OPD consultations and treatment processes.
  
• Build trust and maintain a supportive conversation with cancer patients and their attendants.
  
• Convert patient inquiries into successful OPD bookings/conversions.
  
• Understand patient concerns and provide accurate information with empathy.
  
• Follow up with leads and maintain proper communication records.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient experience.
  
• Achieve daily and monthly conversion targets while maintaining quality interactions.
