About the Role

We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide telehealth rehabilitation services on a PRN (as-needed) basis. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through virtual care.

The primary area of need is Oregon, with opportunities to support residents in Washington, Idaho, and Montana as services expand.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth evaluations and treatment sessions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable state regulations and professional standards.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Active PT license in Oregon required.
• Additional licensure in Washington, Idaho, and/or Montana preferred.
• Multi-state licensure strongly preferred.
• Telehealth experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
