Key Responsibilities:
- Support voice, data, and video telecommunications systems.
- Install and maintain fiber optic, copper, and wireless cabling.
- Configure and support routers, switches, and network equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Provide technical guidance for VoIP, PBX, and Unified Communications systems.
- Manage telecommunications projects, including coordination with vendors and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and implement security protocols.
