Technology Solution Manager

Architects, product costing, product manager, domain experts in Service Lines and other Client

Technology team members to enable delivery of Technical Solution and Cost Estimations.

Your key responsibilities:

. Maintain end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence

. Be an active liaison with the Service Line (SL) Demand Managers to ensure SL demand pipeline is

developed and prioritized consistently to support the business vision and growth strategies.

. Assist in process and product advisory during strategic portfolio conversations.

. Coordinate with Resource Planners to ensure appropriate resources, required to fulfil propose

solution plans, are available.

. Follows standard methodologies, processes and tools & respond to customer questions,

concerns, &/or inquiries within defined service level agreements (SLAs)

To qualify for the role, you must have

. The ability to work and team effectively with clients and other management and PPEDD level

stakeholders across geographies, demonstrating great customer focus.

. Project management and business analysis skills including facilitation, process documentation,

scope management, cost management and requirements gathering

. Understanding of latest cloud computing and data technologies.

Adopt a logical and organized approach to problem resolution

. Ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions

. Willingness to learn and quick to adapt to changing requirements

Demonstrates ability to identify and recommend processes improvements

. Excellent management, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, and organizational

skills

Ideally, you should also have

Minimum of 7 years overall IT industry experience

Bachelor's degree in related discipline, or equivalent work experience

. Business Analyst, Product Analyst or Quality Analyst experience is a plus.

Familiar with the latest technologies in the Microsoft Azure landscape

Work experience in a professional services industry, preferred
