Technical Writer

We are currently seeking a Technical Writer to support our WTP/WTCC Project.

Position is responsible for written, visual, and digital information dissemination to internal and external audiences. Jobs in this family are focused on activities related to graphic design, marketing, branding, communications, social media, and other related job functions.

This position will support transition to operating contractor. Revise procedures and programs to support transition efforts.

The position will prepare written material for publication. Writes, rewrites and/or edits material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, catalogs, and related technical and administrative publications concerned with work methods and procedures. May write or rewrite columns, articles, and stories according to requirements.

Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of job-related experience or equivalent. Must be able to conceptualize, format, structure, write, edit and finalize technical manuals, orders, specifications, modification work orders, and test plans, procedures and results. Excellent written communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications; organization skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required. Position may require travel. Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a security clearance.

Direct experience with WTCC systems and programs is preferred
