Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of application development, modernization, and data engineering programs.
- Manage cross-functional teams comprising Developers, Data Engineers, QA, Business Analysts, Architects, and Support Engineers.
- Drive project planning, budgeting, forecasting, resource management, risk mitigation, and delivery governance.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise delivery standards.
- Track and report program KPIs, delivery health, budget, utilization, and business outcomes.
Vendor Consolidation & Transition Management
- Lead vendor consolidation initiatives to optimize costs, improve governance, and streamline operations.
- Develop and execute transition plans for migration of services, applications, and teams from incumbent vendors.
- Manage knowledge transfer (KT), shadow-support, reverse-KT, and stabilization phases.
- Establish transition governance, risk management, and service readiness frameworks.
- Ensure continuity of business operations during transitions with minimal disruption.
- Drive service transformation and operational efficiency initiatives post-transition.
Stakeholder & Governance Management
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and leadership.
- Conduct steering committee meetings, executive reviews, and program governance forums.
- Manage escalations, dependencies, risks, and change requests.
- Provide regular status reports, executive dashboards, and leadership updates.
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical oversight for solution design, architecture reviews, and production support governance.
- Drive application modernization, cloud adoption, automation, and AI-enabled productivity initiatives.
- Review technical roadmaps, delivery approaches, and quality standards.
- Support critical incident management and major release planning.

- Strong experience in vendor management, vendor consolidation, service transition, and managed services delivery.
- Experience handling multi-million-dollar programs, resource planning, and financial governance.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with client leadership and executive teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Certifications.
- Insurance, Brokerage, Risk Management, or Financial Services domain experience.
- Experience with Digital Transformation and Cloud Migration programs.
- Exposure to AI-enabled engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar productivity platforms.
- Experience managing global onsite-offshore delivery models.
