Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, positioning, and evidence-based roadmap for Healthcare Market Insights and related data and analytics capabilities.
Prioritize investments by balancing customer value, measurable business impact, competitive differentiation, technical feasibility, scalability, platform coherence, and long-term sustainability.
Make and defend lifecycle decisions on when to invest, maintain, partner, buy, or retire; contribute to pricing, packaging, and business-model decisions with commercial and finance partners.
Maintain a living view of healthcare trends, regulations, competitors, data sources, and emerging technologies, translating signals into clear product decisions.
Lead continuous discovery with clients, users, consultants, Sales, and Customer Success to distinguish customer requests from underlying problems and validate the outcomes that matter.
Partner with Product Design as a co-investigator through interviews, advisory groups, usability studies, beta cohorts, workflow observation, and quantitative product evidence.
Build functional prototypes, AI-assisted demos, technical spikes, and proofs of concept using AI tooling, low-code environments, data exploration, or direct API integration to test desirability and feasibility before committing engineering capacity.
Synthesize customer, market, usage, and performance signals into concise decisions, product specifications, and roadmap changes.
Act as a product and domain leader for healthcare data, analytics, and market intelligence, with strong understanding of provider and payer ecosystems, healthcare operations, and strategic planning workflows.
Shape solutions addressing provider performance, referral patterns, network integrity, market share, care migration, service-line growth, demand forecasting, and market strategy.
Define requirements for healthcare data acquisition, licensing, integration, enrichment, attribution, governance, quality, lineage, transparency, and methodology.
Ensure analytic methods and outputs are accurate, traceable, explainable, privacy-conscious, and aligned with applicable industry standards and regulatory expectations.
Partner as a technical peer with Engineering, Data Science, and Architecture on cloud platforms, data pipelines and models, APIs, integrations, interoperability, security, performance, observability, governance, and AI-enabled experiences.
Write crisp, build-ready product specifications covering workflows, data requirements, technical constraints, API contracts, edge cases, system behavior, and measurable acceptance criteria.
Think beyond individual features to enterprise platform capabilities, reuse, multi-tenancy, extensibility, backward compatibility, developer experience, and maintainability; resist one-off customization that erodes platform coherence.
Drive advanced analytics, predictive models, natural-language experiences, intelligent automation, and AI capabilities where they provide validated customer value and can be operated responsibly.
Own the product lifecycle from discovery through adoption and continuous improvement. The Technical Product Manager is accountable for product outcomes and priority; the Product Owner and delivery team are responsible for detailed backlog administration and sprint execution.
Provide clear priorities, decision context, epics and features, and outcome-based acceptance measures; collaborate with the Product Owner and Business Analyst on user stories, backlog readiness, release plans, and delivery dependencies.
Participate deeply in refinement, architecture discussions, planning, demos, acceptance, incident reviews, and tradeoff decisions without becoming the delivery project manager or engineering manager.
Define release-readiness criteria, including quality, privacy, security, performance, error thresholds, data validation, observability, enablement, and support readiness. Own product acceptance, release communication, and post-launch outcome review.
Remove or escalate product decision barriers and close the loop after release through adoption, reliability, customer feedback, and business outcome measures.
Serve as the primary product partner across clients, executives, Consulting, Professional Services, Product Design, Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
Communicate strategy, priorities, tradeoffs, roadmap progress, technical implications, and release outcomes with clarity for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Build trusted partnerships across globally distributed teams, including U.S. and India-based colleagues, with shared context, effective asynchronous practices, and direct decision-making.
Validated customer problems are solved and client workflows improve.
Adoption, engagement, retention, and measurable client and business value increase.
Roadmap commitments are evidence-based, feasible, and delivered with clear readiness and quality standards.
Data, analytics, and AI outputs are trusted, explainable, reliable, and scalable.
Engineering and stakeholders receive timely decisions, clear specifications, and fewer avoidable handoffs or rework.
Bachelor's degree in one of the following: Computer Science, Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Business, Healthcare Informatics, or relevant field.
7+ years of product management, technical product management, product engineering, healthcare analytics, or related technical leadership experience delivering enterprise software, data, analytics, or platform products.
Demonstrated healthcare domain expertise across provider or payer environments, healthcare operations, clinical and financial workflows, healthcare data, privacy, and regulatory considerations.
Technical fluency sufficient to interpret system diagrams, data flows, APIs, and code-level tradeoffs and to participate substantively in architecture and engineering discussions.
Experience writing technical product specifications, data requirements, edge cases, API or integration requirements, and measurable acceptance criteria.
Hands-on experience using AI tools, LLM APIs, agent frameworks, low-code tools, analytics environments, or equivalent methods to prototype and validate product ideas.
Proven ability to lead continuous customer discovery, manage roadmaps and backlogs, influence across a matrixed organization, and own outcomes from concept through post-launch performance.
Experience with healthcare market intelligence, claims analytics, population health, provider performance, network strategy, or growth strategy solutions.
Experience with deidentified healthcare claims, CMS data, X12 transactions, HL7/FHIR, interoperability, healthcare data platforms, and data licensing or governance.
Working knowledge of SQL, analytics and visualization platforms, cloud-native and modern data architectures, multi-tenant SaaS, event-driven systems, API design, and observability tooling.
Experience delivering AI-enabled products, predictive analytics, natural-language query, intelligent automation, or responsible AI capabilities.
Experience with globally distributed engineering teams and asynchronous delivery practices; background in software engineering or data engineering is beneficial.
Experience contributing to pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy. Product or Agile certifications such as CSPO, A-CSPO, SAFe POPM, or PMI-ACP are a plus.
You combine healthcare judgment, customer empathy, business acumen, and technical credibility. You move from insight to a tangible experiment quickly, use prototypes and evidence to reduce risk, and give engineers something clear and real to productionize. You engage deeply enough to understand tradeoffs, but remain focused on product decisions and outcomes. You earn trust by making sound calls, explaining the rationale, and holding the product to a simple standard: does it solve the right problem, does it work reliably, and does it create measurable value?
Shape strategic healthcare analytics products that help health systems make better growth, network, and market decisions.
Work with large-scale healthcare data assets and turn complex information into trusted, decision-ready intelligence.
Help define how AI, analytics, and market intelligence improve healthcare decision-making and performance.
