Optura.ai is healthcare’s AI orchestration platform—designed to turn disconnected pilots into a unified, enterprise-scale AI program that delivers measurable value. We help healthcare organizations operationalize agentic workflows across teams, systems, and use cases, providing the control and observability needed to scale safely and effectively.
Our platform is built for flexibility and real-world complexity: it supports multiple model providers, integrates seamlessly with existing infrastructure, and offers both SaaS and self-hosted deployment options. At its core, Optura enables the design, execution, and monitoring of intelligent agents that drive automation, insights, and action.
We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the development of our core platform capabilities. You’ll define the roadmap for how customers design, deploy, and manage agentic workflows—focusing on scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
Reporting to the SVP of Platform, you’ll work closely with engineering to deliver features that make building and maintaining AI agents seamless across hybrid environments. This role is highly technical and hands-on, requiring thoughtful collaboration across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
Own the product roadmap for the core platform layer—including agent orchestration, system integration, deployment tooling, and configuration management.
Define and prioritize product requirements that support a hybrid deployment model (SaaS and self-hosted).
Collaborate with engineering on architecture and interface decisions to support secure, scalable agentic workflows.
Translate real-world user needs into clear, actionable platform features.
Prioritize flexibility, performance, and reliability in platform development.
Track developments in the AI infrastructure and orchestration ecosystems to inform roadmap and integration strategies.
Required:
5+ years of experience in technical product management or platform product ownership.
Proven success building or managing backend/platform products, especially in API-first or infrastructure-heavy environments.
Experience supporting hybrid (SaaS and self-hosted) software products, with understanding of operational, security, and deployment challenges.
Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to work effectively with engineering and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with agentic or workflow-based automation systems.
Preferred:
Experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph.
Background in software engineering or computer science.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Understanding of AI observability, usage tracking, and optimization for intelligent agents.
Help build the infrastructure powering intelligent agent workflows in healthcare.
Be part of a mission-driven, execution-focused team shaping the future of applied AI.
Competitive compensation, meaningful equity, and remote-first flexibility.
High ownership, fast iteration, and deep impact from day one.
