Technical Producer

We're partnering with a client to find a talented *Technical Producer *to support their Enterprise IT team. This temp role is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA and offers an opportunity to develop foundational IT and service management knowledge while contributing to project coordination and delivery support. *Technical Producer Responsibilities:* * Maintain current visibility of assigned work by updating sprint and backlog tracking in Jira. * Support small-scale projects, sprint tasks, and emergent delivery efforts, typically lasting 1 to 5 days. * Clarify task details, surface blockers, and ensure next steps are understood by the team. * Collaborate with delivery leads, managers, and technical teams to keep priorities clear and reduce ambiguity. * Track risks, escalate issues, and support routine delivery rituals to ensure smooth operations. *Technical Producer Qualifications:* * Over 1 year of experience in project coordination, operations, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience. * Proven ability to organize multiple tasks and maintain reliable work tracking. * Familiarity with workflow tools such as Jira or ServiceNow preferred. * Basic interest in technical systems, infrastructure, or enterprise tools with a willingness to learn. * Strong written and verbal communication skills to keep teammates informed and early issue raising. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
