Position Summary

AutoRABIT is seeking a customer-focused Senior Salesforce Developer / Solutions Architect to help enterprise customers optimize their Salesforce development and release management practices.

In this role, you will work closely with customers, Customer Success, and Product teams to analyze technical challenges, recommend architectural improvements, and drive adoption of DevOps best practices across Salesforce environments. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Salesforce professional looking to expand their architectural expertise while working with some of the world's largest Salesforce organizations.

You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers improve scalability, reliability, and delivery efficiency while contributing valuable insights to product innovation and customer success initiatives.

Responsibilities

Customer Success & Technical Consulting

• Partner with Customer Success teams to support strategic customer engagements.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex Salesforce environments and development processes.
• Recommend architecture, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices to improve delivery performance and platform scalability.
• Guide customers through Salesforce release management, source control, and deployment strategies.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor during implementation, adoption, and optimization initiatives.
• Help customers identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and identify product improvement opportunities.
• Support pre-sales and expansion activities through technical discussions, demonstrations, and solution design.
• Contribute to technical content including blogs, webinars, best-practice guides, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Participate in customer workshops and strategic planning sessions.
• Adhere to set internal controls.

What You Bring

• 5–8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, development, and deployment best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and release management.
• Proficiency with Git and modern software development lifecycle practices.
• Experience working directly with customers, stakeholders, or cross-functional teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex Salesforce environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a global, remote-first environment.
• Professional-level English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce DevOps, release management, or deployment automation tools.
• Exposure to Salesforce architecture and solution design principles.
• Experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or insurance.
• Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
