TECHNICAL ARCHITECT

Zensar Technologies Limited is seeking a Technical Architect to spearhead the NGS digital transformation across Business Central, Financials, Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, API integrations, data migration and the Power Platform. The role combines strategic architecture, delivery governance, and executive stakeholder management to ensure successful, risk‑controlled program outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, delivery planning, release management and governance for the transformation program.
• Lead Business Central Financials, Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, reporting and integration workstreams.
• Define solution architecture, integration strategy and data migration approach.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, RAID reviews and executive reporting.
• Coordinate business, technical and vendor teams across global delivery.
• Ensure predictable releases and adherence to scope and timelines.
• Oversee API integration using REST, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and API Management.
• Manage data migration, cut‑over planning and post‑go‑live support.
• Provide commercial estimation, change management and governance oversight.
• Mentor and lead delivery leads and technical architects across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 10‑15+ years experience in ERP/CRM transformation programmes.
• 8+ years in solution architecture and delivery leadership.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Financials.
• Hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform and Power Pages.
• Strong background in enterprise integration (REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management).
• Proven track record in data migration, reporting and release management.
• Demonstrated executive stakeholder management and customer‑facing leadership.
• Experience managing global delivery teams and parallel workstreams.
• Strong commercial, estimation and change management capabilities.
• Successful delivery of complex digital transformation programmes.
