Provide technical guidance and support for the REACH Malaria project to ensure high-quality implementation of malaria services across various country programs. Facilitate capacity strengthening, knowledge management, and strategic partnerships with donors and national malaria programs.
NOTE: This position is contingent upon funding.
NOTE: This is a remote position; CRS will only consider candidates who are based in countries where we have existing offices. CRS does not sponsor visas for remote employees.
Job Summary
CRS seeks a Malaria Technical Advisor for the USG-funded Reaching every at-risk community and household with malaria services (REACH Malaria) global project, where PATH is the prime contractor and CRS is major sub-contractor. REACH aims to provide implementation support services and technical assistance to countries to accelerate progress in comprehensive delivery of facility and community-based malaria services, including malaria case management, prevention of malaria in pregnancy (MiP), seasonal malaria chemoprevention (SMC), health systems strengthening, data collection and use for service delivery, other malaria prevention interventions and maternal newborn, child health and nutrition.
You will provide malaria technical advice, guidance, and support to a wide range of program design and implementation issues in line with Catholic Relief Services (CRS) program quality principles and standards, donor guidelines, and industry best practices to Country Program (CP) teams to advance the delivery of high-quality malaria programming to the poor and vulnerable.
