Requirements
Strong programming skills (Python or similar)
Experience with databases, automation, and server setups
Ability to transfer and structure data across systems (e.g. Recruitee (Tellent) → Apache server → Airtable)
Familiarity with Airtable and Softr is a plus
Problem-solving mindset, independent way of working
Fluent in English
