Job Description:

• End-to-end management of recruitment processes for unique technical roles (engineers, physicists, and more).
  
• Resume screening, conducting phone interviews, and candidate evaluations.
  
• Working with hiring managers and industry-leading companies in optics and defense.
  
• Passive candidate sourcing across various channels.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree – Required.
  
• Previous experience in tech recruitment – Significant advantage.
  
• Ability to work independently, strong self-discipline, and excellent time management skills.
  
• Great interpersonal skills, strong communication ability, and a passion for recruiting.
