Tech Lead - Power Platform and SharePoint

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead – Power Platform & SharePoint to lead the architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Microsoft solutions. This role combines technical leadership, solution design, client engagement, and project delivery, helping organizations maximize the value of Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure, and emerging AI technologies.

The successful candidate will bring deep expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven track record of leading teams and delivering scalable, secure, and business-focused solutions.

Ideal Profile

Technical Expertise

• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
• Advanced knowledge of Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI
• Hands-on expertise with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365
• Experience designing and implementing Azure-based solutions, including:
  • Azure Functions
  • Logic Apps
  • API Management
  • Azure Storage
  • Azure AI and Cognitive Services
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and Dynamics 365 integrations
• Experience working with PowerShell and SQL databases
• Knowledge of governance frameworks, security controls, compliance requirements, and enterprise architecture best practices

Experience

• 7+ years of experience delivering Microsoft technology solutions
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Proven experience leading technical teams and enterprise-scale solution delivery
• Experience engaging with global stakeholders and managing client relationships
• Demonstrated success supporting pre-sales activities, workshops, solution design, technical proposals, and proof-of-concepts

Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies
• Architect end-to-end business solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365
• Define solution architecture standards, governance frameworks, and technical best practices
• Design and implement enterprise security models, authentication mechanisms, and access controls

Power Platform & SharePoint Development

• Lead the development and implementation of Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power Pages portals, and SharePoint solutions
• Configure and manage Dataverse environments, entities, and data models
• Customize Power Pages experiences to align with business requirements and user experience standards
• Develop integrations across Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SQL databases, APIs, and third-party platforms

Governance, Security & Compliance

• Establish and enforce governance standards, DLP policies, compliance controls, and security frameworks
• Implement monitoring, auditing, and performance optimization strategies
• Ensure all solutions meet organizational security, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Azure & AI Solutions

• Design and implement integrations with Azure services and cloud-native technologies
• Leverage Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and AI services to enhance business solutions
• Contribute to AI-driven initiatives utilizing Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, intelligent automation, and document processing technologies
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and innovation through emerging Microsoft technologies

Technical Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and support developers, consultants, and junior team members
• Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical design workshops
• Provide technical direction throughout the full software development lifecycle
• Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation guidance

Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and solution design engagements with clients
• Translate business requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions
• Support pre-sales activities including demonstrations, solution estimations, technical proposals, and proof-of-concepts
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and key stakeholders

Project Delivery

• Lead Power Platform and SharePoint projects from initiation through deployment
• Ensure successful delivery aligned to scope, quality, and business objectives
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and technical challenges
• Stay informed on Microsoft product roadmap developments and recommend continuous improvements
