We are looking for a Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC) Specialist to join our team and support a Teamcenter PLM adoption project for ASML. In this role, you will help improve and optimize the Active Workspace user experience by translating business needs into scalable Teamcenter solutions while promoting the adoption of standard platform capabilities.
Project Context
The project focuses on the transition to Teamcenter Active Workspace within a complex engineering environment. The objective is to enhance usability, collaboration, and engineering efficiency by delivering a modern, intuitive, and scalable PLM experience. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to support solution design, user adoption, and continuous platform improvement.
How you will make an impact
Configure and customize Teamcenter Active Workspace solutions to support business processes and user needs.
Translate user and business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly solutions.
Collaborate with engineers, business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to drive platform adoption and continuous improvement.
Support Teamcenter data model and configuration activities, ensuring solution quality and long-term maintainability.
Contribute to solution design and implementation within Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
Help identify opportunities to simplify processes and maximize the use of standard Teamcenter capabilities.
What you need to succeed
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience working with Teamcenter PLM solutions.
Hands-on experience with Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC) customization and configuration.
Strong understanding of Teamcenter data models and PLM processes.
Experience with Teamcenter development and configuration tools, including BMIDE.
Knowledge of Java and enterprise application environments.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum project environments.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Teamcenter migration, modernization, or adoption programs.
Knowledge of Teamcenter integrations and enterprise system landscapes.
Teamcenter / Siemens certifications.
Experience with data migration activities within PLM environments.
Experience with AI-enabled solutions.
German language skills.
