Your Mission:

  • Hands on affiliation account management across several international markets.

  • Responsible for the Affiliate targets, to meet the company’s objectives and ROI guidelines.

  • Manage a portfolio of high value affiliate accounts with the objective of growing group new depositing customers.

  • Monitor and analyse affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness and work with Senior Group Managers to develop forecasts in line with budgets.

  • Managing, mentoring, and training the Affiliate department.

  • Growing and developing the Affiliate team, including performance reviews, staffing and growth and career development.

  • Develop affiliate recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns.

  • Implement strategies to increase quality and yield of key affiliate partners.

Your Unique Contribution:

  • At least 4 years of experience in Affiliate Management in iGaming casino brands.

  • At least 1 year of experience in team management.

  • Great communicator.

  • Methodical, numbers driven and well organised.

  • Highly target & results driven individual.

  • Open and responsive problem-solving skills.

  • Be proactive and motivate others when necessary.

  • Fluent in English. Knowledge in other languages is considered a big advantage.

  • Positive and enthusiastic ‘can do – attitude’.

  • Team player who can work independently but likes to work with a team.
