What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced technical oversight across complex tax engagements
• Guide engagement strategy, review approach, and quality standards
• Mentor and develop Managers and emerging leaders
• Strengthen firm best practices, documentation, and consistency
• Support firm leadership with practice needs

What We’re Looking For

• 8–12 years of progressive tax experience
• Advanced technical expertise and judgment
• Proven people development experience
• CPA strongly preferred
