Tamil voice process

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Tamil Voice Process Associate. This role is based in Chennai within our Administrative & Office department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service and support to our Tamil-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound calls in Tamil with professionalism and clarity. • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries in a timely manner. • Document all customer interactions and resolutions meticulously in the system. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication. Requirements: • Fluency in Tamil and English, both written and verbal. • Strong active listening and problem-solving skills. • Ability to empathize with customers and provide patient assistance. • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems. • Willingness to work in a dynamic team environment. Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus. • Prior customer service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • A positive attitude and a strong desire to help others. • Ability to adapt to new processes and technologies quickly.
