Company Description

Remote (Australia-wide) | Hybrid Flexibility | Purpose driven culture

At Harrier, we’re proud to be an award-winning Australian total talent business. From RPO and contingent workforce solutions to strategic HR consulting and cutting edge technology services, we deliver the people, innovations and strategies that help organisations thrive. We’re driven by our purpose - “Talent that transforms” and that means we’re always looking for passionate people who want to make a real impact.

We’re now on the lookout for a Talent Insights and Intelligence Specialist to join our team. In this role you’ll be a key player in shaping and implementing our talent intelligence strategies, bringing powerful data insights to life, and helping our customers make smart, informed workforce decisions.

Job Description

The Talent Insights and Intelligence Specialist is a data analyst at heart — this role owns the full reporting cycle across Harrier's RPO and Project RPO client accounts, and leads the reporting and dashboard build for every new client we bring on board.

This role also owns Harrier’s customer data automation program — the AI-powered layer that’s replacing manual reporting with agent-driven insight generation, natural language querying and predictive modelling across every client account. You’ll be the one deciding what gets automated next, and building it.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Own and deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly client reporting across Harrier’s RPO and Project RPO accounts — accurately, on time, every time.
  • Act as the analyst and business partner for new client implementations: gather data and reporting requirements, design the dashboard, build the automations, and transition each client onto a clean, auditable reporting process.
  • Deliver commercial modelling, invoice reporting and ad hoc analysis — including pipeline bottleneck and sourcing performance analysis.
  • Own Harrier’s AI-powered automation program — designing and deploying AI agents that handle report generation, data quality monitoring and insight drafting across every client account, and keep every report standing up to scrutiny.
  • Champion AI adoption across the analytics function — identifying where natural language querying, predictive modelling and agent-based workflows can replace manual effort, and bringing the rest of the team along with you.
  • Present competitor knowledge, market trends and risk insights to talent partners and hiring managers as part of regular reporting.
  • Contribute to Harrier’s whole-of-company talent dashboard, giving leadership a single, consolidated view of performance, resourcing health and delivery risk.

Flexibility is promoted at Harrier and our customers also embrace this; most of our team choose to work in a hybrid environment, and remote working is also a consideration for the right candidate.

Qualifications

You'll bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in data analytics, reporting or talent intelligence — ideally gained within an RPO, Project RPO or in-house talent/analyst environment.
  • Confident across Power BI and Excel, with the analytical rigour to build, test and validate dashboards that stand up to client scrutiny.
  • Experience gathering client requirements and leading new reporting implementations — you know how to take a dashboard from blank canvas to production-ready and auditable.
  •  Strong commercial acumen — comfortable producing commercial modelling, invoice reporting, and pipeline/sourcing performance analysis.
  • Working knowledge of ATS/CRM systems and data integration techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills — you can translate complex data into a clear, confident story for clients, hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI and automation — you’ve used AI tools to speed up analysis or reporting, and you’re keen to build and deploy agent-based workflows rather than just talk about them.
