Position Summary:
The Talent Enablement Partner plays a key role in supporting the growth, readiness, and ongoing development of associates across the organization through onboarding, learning facilitation, performance support, and operational partnership. This role primarily supports Clinical Services teams, including nurses, social workers, dietitians, wellness coaches, and non-clinical support teams, while also partnering across the organization to support enterprise learning and workforce initiatives as needed.
The Talent Enablement Partner collaborates closely with leaders, subject matter experts, and the Talent Enablement Leadership team to support the delivery, coordination, and ongoing enhancement of learning experiences that strengthen associate performance and operational effectiveness. This role serves as a trusted partner to operational leaders by helping drive consistency, engagement, adoption, and reinforcement of learning initiatives aligned to organizational goals and business needs.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Facilitate and support onboarding, orientation, and ongoing learning programs for associates across assigned business areas
  • Primarily support Clinical Services teams while partnering across departments to support enterprise learning initiatives and organizational priorities
  • Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to support the implementation and execution of operational training and learning initiatives
  • Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences to support associate performance, engagement, and readiness
  • Reinforce learning through coaching support, follow up activities, and performance-based learning interventions as needed
  • Support remediation and targeted development plans in partnership with leadership to address identified performance gaps
  • Coordinate and manage onboarding and training logistics, including scheduling sessions, organizing calendars, managing virtual meeting links, and ensuring participants are informed and prepared.
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance tracking, and competency documentation within learning systems and shared tracking tools
  • Run and distribute routine reports on training participation, completion, and onboarding progress to support leaders and Talent Enablement decision making.
  • Ensure accurate and timely management of learning data, including enrollment, attendance, completion status, and tracking updates across systems and spreadsheets
  • Support coordination of communication related to onboarding cohorts, training launches, learning updates, and organizational education initiatives
  • Maintain and organize Talent Enablement resources, including SharePoint sites, shared drives, and learning libraries, to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and version control
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of learning materials, presentations, agendas, job aids, and facilitator resources needed for training delivery, or as business needs evolve
  • Serve as a resource to leaders and associates by providing guidance support, and reinforcement of learning tools, processes, and best practices
  • Collaborate with Talent Enablement Leadership and operational leaders to ensure learning outcomes align with current business priorities, workflows, and organizational goals
  • Participate in special projects, committees, and cross-functional initiatives that support organizational and departmental goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; clinical or healthcare related degree preferred
  • Active RN licensure preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, clinical operations, care management, learning and development, or related environment
  • Experience facilitating training, onboarding, coaching, or staff development programs required
  • Experience working collaboratively with leaders, operational teams, and subject matter experts preferred
  • Instructional Design and multi-media proficiency preferred
  • Clinical experience in nephrology, cardiac care, care management, population health, or related healthcare environment preferred
  • Experience supporting multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Ability to generate and interpret basic reports (attendance, completion, onboarding progress) to support operational decisions
  • Experience using learning management systems and virtual learning platforms preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information with discretion
  • Strong follow through and accountability for tasks, timelines, and commitments
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and departments
Travel:
Limited Travel, scheduled per needs of the business

- Occasional movement of equipment, or materials up to 50/75 Pounds

- Occasional bending, twisting, and stooping 
- Occasional need to kneel or crouch
 
Additionally Traveling positions (ex. Field Care Navigators or Quality Practice Advisors) may require:
• Sense Acuity 
- Ability to see/read road signs, maps, and electronic devices
- Good visual acuity for driving, including peripheral vision and depth perception
• Environmental 
- Possible exposure to travel, traffic and/or other outdoor hazards
- Possible exposure to various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow
