The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining multilingual talent pipelines and supporting full-cycle recruiting activities to ensure workforce readiness across global programs. This role combines strategic sourcing, recruitment marketing, talent community development, workforce intelligence, and recruiting operations to deliver qualified talent at speed and scale.

The position partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, Workforce Management, Training, and internal stakeholders to proactively identify talent supply opportunities, strengthen candidate communities, improve conversion rates, and support successful launch readiness.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, language verification, candidate engagement, and offer support. 

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels and communities. 

  • Proactively identify and recruit passive candidates through targeted outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship building. 

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate communities to support current and future hiring demand. 

  • Monitor labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity to identify sourcing opportunities and risks. 

  • Support recruitment marketing, referral programs, and employer branding initiatives. 

  • Partner with universities, community organizations, associations, and career services. 

  • Track sourcing funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve candidate conversion and pipeline health. 

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure consistent, compliant recruiting practices. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in recruiting and sourcing; full-cycle recruiting experience preferred. 

  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. 

  • Experience building pipelines through proactive sourcing and passive candidate engagement. 

  • Strong organizational and communication skills. 

  • Experience with recruiting technologies and reporting tools. 

  • Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and improve sourcing effectiveness. 

WORK ENVIRONMENT & SCHEDULE

  • Remote – Turkey 

  • Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

  • Deliver full-cycle recruiting support and meet hiring timelines. 

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines. 

  • Present qualified candidates and maintain high standards of candidate quality. 

  • Support recruitment campaigns, referral initiatives, and employer branding efforts. 

  • Monitor and improve recruiting funnel performance. 

  • Provide labor market insights and sourcing intelligence. 

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.
