At Magoya, we're growing, and we're looking for someone to join our People team to help us tackle one of the most important challenges of the year: scaling and consolidating our teams.

We're looking for someone with strong experience in Talent Acquisition, who sees recruiting as part of a broader People strategy, and who thrives in dynamic, collaborative, results-driven environments.

What challenges will this role take on?

  • Co-lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles and other business areas.

  • Support team growth and structure across different markets, with an initial focus on Brazil.

  • Work closely with leaders to understand hiring needs, define sourcing strategies, and ensure a great experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

  • Take part in onboarding, employer branding, and other People initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities to improve, optimize, and automate processes.

  • Actively contribute to People projects whenever hiring volume allows.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Talent Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist at product companies, tech companies, or dynamic corporate environments.

  • Experience recruiting technical profiles.

  • A holistic view of People processes, ideally with hands-on involvement in onboarding, employee experience, or other People initiatives.

  • Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously, prioritize, and work with a strong sense of urgency.

  • Results-oriented mindset, with autonomy and a strong execution focus.

  • Continuous improvement mindset and a drive to optimize processes.

  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and proposing new ideas.

  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships.

  • Intermediate/advanced English, both written and spoken.

  • Spanish proficiency (written and spoken), as you'll be collaborating closely with our regional teams.
