Onyx is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help scale a high-talent team in our US site. You will partner closely with hiring managers to build strong pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Build pipelines through sourcing, outreach, and employer brand efforts.
Manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle.
Improve hiring operations, reporting, and candidate experience.
Help shape recruiting strategy as the company scales.

Requirements

What you will bring

5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth cyber security startups.
Experience recruiting GTM roles.
Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Ability to operate with speed, ownership, and strong judgment.
Excellent candidate-facing presence.
Strong ability to collaborate and communicate in a global environment
Ability to lead Hiring processes E2E
