Onyx is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help scale a high-talent team in our US site. You will partner closely with hiring managers to build strong pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

What you will do

  • Partner with leaders to define hiring needs, role calibration, and interview processes.
  • Build pipelines through sourcing, outreach, and employer brand efforts.
  • Manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle.
  • Improve hiring operations, reporting, and candidate experience.
  • Help shape recruiting strategy as the company scales.



Requirements

What you will bring

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth cyber security startups.
  • Experience recruiting GTM roles.
  • Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate with speed, ownership, and strong judgment.
  • Excellent candidate-facing presence.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and communicate in a global environment
  • Ability to lead Hiring processes E2E
