We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Associate to help our company find and retain excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand, and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.

To excel as a Talent Acquisition Associate, you should have a sharp eye for talented people, attention to detail, great communication skills, and huge motivation to excel in your position as well as a steady commitment to help candidates find success in our company.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Post job descriptions
• Source potential candidates on niche platforms
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
• Coordinate with the management to forecast goals and hiring needs
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
• Compose job offer letters
• Onboard new hires
• Identify potential clients during interviews and reach out to them via LinkedIn
• Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
• Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience

Experience

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment – ADVANTAGE

Skills & Competencies

• Highly motivated and eager to learn the duties and competencies of different roles
• Willingness and ability to quickly understand the recruitment selection methods and techniques
• Hardworking, with a strong desire to excel in this role, and amenable to working long hours as needed
• Excellent communicator
• Great attention to details
• Well-organized
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards – excellent proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter – ADVANTAGE

Communication

• Excellent English communication skills, including speaking, writing, and reading comprehension – MUST

Setup & Availability

• Stable internet: 100+ Mbps, quiet workspace
• Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM PHT. Must be available to work changing shifts as business needs require – MUST
