System Lead Migration - Pharma (remote)

Join a leading global pharmaceutical company as an IT EDP Data Migration System Lead. You will drive enterprise data migration initiatives, leading the design, governance, and execution of scalable data solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to support key business transformation programs. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES 🚀:

• Act as the technical lead for Data Migration and Data Management initiatives across global programs.

• Define end-to-end migration strategies, architectures, frameworks, and technical standards.

• Own the overall solution design for data migration processes supporting ERP implementations, acquisitions, divestitures, and system transformations.

• Lead data discovery, data assessment, data object definition, and source-to-target mapping activities.

• Drive data architecture decisions ensuring consistency across systems and platforms.

• Ensure alignment between business processes, enterprise architecture standards, and migration solutions.

• Review and approve technical designs, transformation rules, validation procedures, and reconciliation approaches.

• Define migration waves, cutover strategies, rollback procedures, and go-live readiness criteria.

• Establish best practices, methodologies, templates, and governance models for migration projects.

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams, migration specialists, developers, and analysts.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Application Owners, Integration Teams, Data Governance, and Security organizations.

• Support solution scalability, maintainability, performance, and compliance requirements.

MUST HAVE🤹:

• Network knowledge in order to be able to stablish the connections to source and target systems for each project where the Data Migration System is required.

• Cloud based ETL solutions architecture, prefereable in Amazon AWS services

• Leva, GxP system validation knowledge

• Manual and Automated based Testing tools knowledge for testing new system requirements

• SAP architecture SAP data model knowledge, no ABAP knowledge required, but RFC function and SAP BTP cockpit services

• Database SQL querying tools knowledge

• Windows Servers advanced knowledge

• English fluent (C1)

• Spanish fluent

SCHEDULE 🕘:

• 08/09h -17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)

• 100% remote
