Design and specify new features across Tangem’s growth product stack including swaps, on-ramp/off-ramp, staking, and yield. Translate business and product requirements into clear system specifications that enable efficient development and reliable integrations with third-party providers.

- Strong experience as a System Analyst, Product Analyst, or Technical Product Specialist.
- Experience working in financial services, fintech, crypto wallets, exchanges, or trading platforms is a strong advantage.
- Strong system analysis skills including requirements definition, process mapping, and system architecture understanding.
- Ability to document complex business logic clearly for engineering teams.
- Experience specifying integrations with external APIs and third-party services.
- Familiarity with mobile application environments and product flows.
- Working knowledge of SQL and ability to perform basic data queries.
- Strong interest in crypto and blockchain products.
- Interest in AI tools and automation for product development and documentation workflows.

- Document business processes, system flows, and feature logic using structured methodologies and diagramming tools.
- Support development teams during implementation, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment between product intent and delivered functionality.
- Work closely with product leadership to validate feature concepts and ensure technical feasibility before development begins.
- Contribute to UI and UX design discussions with focus on clear product flows and logical system behavior.
