The SVP will own and lead the global Public Sector sales strategy, focusing primarily on the U.S. Federal Government and Aerospace & Defense markets, while building, leading, and scaling a high-performing sales team. This role requires acting as a hands-on player-coach, directly supporting strategic deals by shaping strategy and engaging senior decision-makers to close complex opportunities.
interos.ai is defining the category of supply chain risk intelligence, building the world’s most trusted and transparent supply chains. Our pioneering platform automates the discovery and continuous monitoring of supply chain risk across every tier — enabling faster, data-driven threat mitigation and resilience at global scale.

As the first and only automated supplier intelligence platform, interos.ai gives organizations real-time visibility into extended supply chains to protect against regulatory risk, unethical labor, cyber threats, and systemic vulnerabilities under a single pane of glass.

With customers spanning the commercial, Federal, A&D, and public sectors, including Global Fortune 500 companies and members of the Five Eyes nations, interos.ai offers a rare opportunity to help shape an early, fast-growing market that’s transforming global security and economic resilience.

About the Role

We are seeking a senior leader to serve as our SVP of Global Public Sector — someone with deep credibility in the market, a powerful network across government and industry, and the drive to build something meaningful. This role is for a hands-on builder who combines strategic leadership with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and help win business.

The SVP will lead and grow our global public sector presence, with a strong focus on the U.S. federal government and the Aerospace & Defense ecosystem. You will leverage your industry relationships and firsthand experience navigating the federal landscape to open doors, develop strategic partnerships, and bring the interos.ai platform to mission-driven organizations responsible for national security and critical infrastructure.

This role is not purely executive oversight, it requires passion for being an active player-coach mentality. You will work directly with the sales team to shape deals, coach on strategy, and help close complex opportunities while simultaneously building and scaling a high-performing public sector team.

Success in this role requires deep experience in the federal government and Aerospace & Defense sectors, a strong understanding of how public sector organizations buy and deploy technology, and the hunger to build markets, teams, partnerships, and revenue.

At interos.ai, you’ll help some of the world’s most important institutions address a defining challenge of our era: creating safe, secure, and resilient supply chains that protect national security and global prosperity. Along the way, you’ll shape the future of supply chain intelligence while building a team and business that can have lasting impact.
