The SVP of Digital Strategy & Analytics will lead the agency's digital and omnichannel offerings, leveraging data-driven insights to inform communications strategies for healthcare and life sciences clients. This role involves strategic leadership, client counsel, performance measurement, and building the agency's digital capabilities while identifying emerging trends and technologies.
Position Summary:
Green Room is seeking a strategic, data-driven, collaborative leader to serve as SVP, Digital Strategy & Analytics due to our growth as a digital-first, healthcare PR and communications agency. This role will lead the agency’s digital offerings, which includes digital strategy and asset development (including websites, social media), analytics, and omnichannel capabilities within the healthcare and life sciences space. This role will be responsible for advancing the agency's digital and omnichannel offerings and leveraging data and analytics to inform communications strategies and channels that support our clients' business needs.
As a member of the Extended Leadership Team (ELT), the SVP, Digital Strategy & Analytics will advance Green Room's digital capabilities by overseeing insight mining, measurement and reporting frameworks, identifying emerging trends and technologies, and partnering with our account teams to execute insight-driven communications.
The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in digital communications, content strategy and creation, communications performance measurement and analytics, social and search intelligence, paid social, and emerging technologies with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

The annual salary range for this position reflects the current compensation banding for the role. The actual salary offered will depend on several factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, education and internal equity.
