Summary:

Archwell is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial, and highly influential SVP, Communications to join its executive leadership team. This newly created role sits at the Archwell holding company level and serves as a critical architect of the firm's external narrative, brand strategy, and investor communications across its portfolio of companies. The SVP will be responsible for building and leading a cohesive communications infrastructure that elevates Archwell's market presence, strengthens portfolio company brands, enhances investor engagement, and supports future capital market initiatives. This executive will play a pivotal role in defining how Archwell and its operating companies are perceived by investors, industry stakeholders, media, and the broader marketplace. This role is ideal for a builder—someone who thrives in dynamic environments, creates scalable programs from the ground up, and combines strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Corporate Communications & Public Relations

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communications and public relations strategy for Archwell and its portfolio companies.

  • Establish consistent messaging, positioning, voice, and brand standards across the organization.

  • Build and lead proactive media relations efforts, including press outreach, executive visibility, speaking engagements, conferences, sponsorships, and industry events.

  • Create and manage thought leadership initiatives, press releases, executive communications, and editorial content calendars.

  • Partner with business leaders across the portfolio to ensure coordinated and effective communications strategies that support company-specific goals while reinforcing the Archwell brand.

Brand Strategy & Market Positioning

  • Evaluate, refine, and strengthen the brand positioning of Archwell and its portfolio companies.

  • Develop brand governance frameworks, communications toolkits, and marketing resources that enable operating companies to maintain consistency while preserving flexibility.

  • Oversee digital brand presence and executive visibility strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn and other relevant channels.

  • Identify opportunities to increase awareness, credibility, and differentiation within key markets and industries.

Investor Relations & Capital Markets Readiness

  • Partner closely with executive and finance leadership to translate business performance, financial milestones, and strategic initiatives into compelling investor narratives.

  • Develop and maintain investor-facing presentations, communications materials, and stakeholder engagement programs.

  • Lead communications planning and positioning efforts related to capital raises, debt transactions, strategic partnerships, and public market readiness initiatives.

  • Create and execute a multi-year communications roadmap supporting IPO readiness and long-term growth objectives for select portfolio companies.

  • Serve as a primary relationship manager for investors, strategic partners, and key external stakeholders.

Success Metrics

First 90 Days

  • Complete a comprehensive audit of existing brand, communications, and investor relations activities.

  • Develop and present a unified communications and PR strategy for Archwell and key portfolio companies.

  • Establish a 12-month media, thought leadership, and industry engagement roadmap.

Within 6 Months

  • Launch investor-facing communications materials and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

  • Implement communications standards, brand guidelines, and governance frameworks across the portfolio.

  • Increase visibility and market awareness for Archwell and priority operating companies.

Within 12–18 Months

  • Build a scalable communications, brand, and investor relations infrastructure across the portfolio.

  • Position Archwell and select portfolio companies for future capital market opportunities and strategic growth initiatives.

  • Establish Archwell leadership as recognized industry voices and trusted market participants.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • 12-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in public relations, corporate communications, brand strategy, investor relations, or related disciplines.

  • Proven success leading communications efforts for significant capital events, including IPOs, fundraising initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, or liquidity events.

  • Experience spanning both corporate and agency environments preferred.

  • Background in financial services, mortgage, fintech, private equity, family office, or related sectors is highly desirable.

  • Experience supporting multiple business entities within a holding company, portfolio environment, or family office structure is strongly preferred.
