Supported Employment Supervisor (KRCC)(Part-time)

Title: Supported Employment Supervisor

Credentials Required: High School diploma/GED

Special Skills/Knowledge Required: Experience providing supported employment services; ability to utilize an electronic medical record; experience with community outreach to employers; certification as supported employment service provider.

Primary Functions:

1. Supervise Supported Employment staff.
2. Ensure compliance with all applicable fidelity measures.
3. Provide Supported Employment services as assigned.
4. Complete all documentation in a timely manner.
5. Work closely with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation.

Shift Days/Hours:  Day shift/10 hours per week as supervisor; additional hours to provide direct services to Supported Employment clients.

Funding Source: Office of Vocational Rehabilitation funding, DBHDID DIVERTS funding, 1915 (i) RISE Medicaid Fee for Service
