Customer Support Executive
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter. You will be the face of our platform and enlighten the Tenantcube users with the much-needed technical support. Customer engagement is the key to the role.
As a Support Specialist, you should be comfortable with troubleshooting, hustle to provide the solution the customer is looking for, and yes, love talking to customers. If you are passionate about customer engagements, then you are our best fit!
This position is remote until the COVID pandemic situation is over. After that, you will join our Chennai office. It's important that you can work during Eastern Standard (Canada) time-zone hours.
