Positioned at the intersection of café culture, convenience, and functional nutrition, we’re reimagining the drinks people buy every day — proving you don’t have to compromise between great taste and quality ingredients. What began as a cult-favorite DTC brand has rapidly scaled into an omnichannel business, now expanding into major retail while building a loyal community around better-for-you café favorites.
We’re looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead sourcing, supplier management, and procurement strategy across the full bill of materials for Javvy’s product portfolio — including raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
This role will own supplier relationships, commercial negotiations, capacity planning, and network optimization initiatives that directly impact product availability, operational efficiency, and company margin. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing and procurement experience, understands how sourcing decisions impact the broader business and P&L, and thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
