Job Summary
The Supply Chain Compliance Administrator II is responsible for maintaining supplier compliance records, certifications, regulatory documentation, and master data across enterprise systems to support operational, contractual, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Compliance, this position serves as a key administrator for supplier onboarding, supplier qualification, compliance tracking, and supply chain data governance activities. The role ensures supplier information remains accurate, current, and audit-ready while supporting initiatives related to CMMC, DFARS, NIST 800-171, CPSR, supplier risk management, and customer compliance requirements.
This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, disciplined execution, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent activities while maintaining high levels of accuracy and responsiveness.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Maintain supplier compliance records, master data, and documentation across enterprise systems, ERP platforms, and approved repositories, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and audit readiness.
- Collect, review, validate, and maintain supplier certifications, registrations, compliance documents, cybersecurity attestations, and supporting evidence.
- Monitor supplier certification expiration dates, compliance action items, and cybersecurity requirements, coordinating directly with suppliers for renewals, updates, and missing documentation.
- Track supplier compliance with CMMC, NIST SP 800 171, DFARS 252.204 7012/7020/7021, and other contractual cyber and regulatory obligations, supporting gap identification and mitigation.
- Support supplier onboarding, qualification, and periodic reviews by creating, modifying, auditing, cleansing, and standardizing supplier data across business systems.
- Maintain supplier risk and compliance profiles in alignment with company policies, contract requirements, and supply chain risk management expectations.
- Organize and maintain documentation for customer audits, internal audits, CPSR reviews, and compliance assessments, preparing evidence packages and ensuring records management compliance.
- Track, document, and follow corrective actions from audits and compliance reviews through to closure.
- Develop and maintain recurring compliance, cybersecurity, and risk management reports and dashboards to support enterprise supply chain initiatives and CMMC readiness efforts.
- Identify opportunities to improve supplier data quality, compliance workflows, and administrative processes, and assist in developing procedures, work instructions, and standard operating processes.
Knowledge (Education/License/Certification, Prior Experience)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Finance, Contracts Management or similar is preferred.
- 3 or more years of experience supporting supply chain, procurement, compliance, contracts, quality, or supplier management functions.
- Experience working within ERP systems and document management platforms.
- Knowledge of federal contracting, aerospace and defense, or regulated manufacturing environments.
- Exposure to CMMC, NIST 800-171, DFARS, FAR, CPSR, or supplier compliance requirements.

Travel/Physical Requirements

- Work is usually conducted in an office/remote environment.
